With the running market of global telecommunications opened gradually, the new technology is developing forward with rapid changes. Though the threeleading networks of the communication fieldInternet, mobile communication and fixed line telephone, still keep the good growing momentum, there are many problems existed in network and business amalgamation. As a result, the Next Generation Network (NGN) arising. This essay aims at discussions about basic conception, structure, characteristic and key trend of technological gradual progress.
