Abstract
The paper points out the four standards of the seismic prevention aims of the third type buildings according to The Regulation Of Architectural Seismic Design, undertakes the seismic design of six-story reinforced concrete frame by using direct displacement-based seismic design method, and proves the direct displacement-based seismic design can design the reinforcement for structures invarious earthquake effects levels,so it has advantages by comparing with current seismic design methods.
