Henan Province's Industrial Structure Adjust and Policy Choice

It is urgent duty to promote the Henan's industrial structure,through the diagnosis analysis,this article discovered that: Henan's structure is 231 at present,compares with the standard structure,its tertiary industry is obviously too low;Compares with developed province Guangdong,its industrial structure was only equal to Guangdong 1995 's level.This article finally aims at the question of Henan industrial structure,put forward some corresponding policy proposal.
