Abstract

The constitution is considered as a kind of public law,while the civil law is considered as a kind of private law.In commonsense,the protection to the citizen's rights ruled by the constitution always regulates the governmental administration.Whether the constitution has effect on the privacy has been a thesis which is worthy of discussion.This paper is to discuss the relationship on the constitutional rights and the civil rights through discussing the relationship on the constitution and the civil law.
