Abstract

The paper put sports under the background of humanistic education.Sports is the foundation of over-all personality education,Sport is the base for physical and mental,man and nature,man and society harmonous.Sports is the cultural forms which most close to human body and nature.Sports is the jumping-off point of humanistic cultivation.Sports is an important area which is used for self-cultivation by Chinese Confucian Culture.Even in today,we also use sports as an important culture resource for Socialist Spiritual Civilization Construction.
