Econometric Analysis of Outsource's Impact to China Software Industry's International Competitiveness

Abstract

Use revealed comparative advantage coefficient(RCA) as the core index reflecting the international competitiveness,and outsourcing index and the market concentration ratio(CR) as independent variables,to analyze the impact of outsourcing to the international competitiveness of China's software industry.The conclusion shows that outsourcing improves the development of China's software industry remarkably.According to the conclusion,we put forward suggestions such as enhancing RD ability and improving the market concentration ratio.
