Abstract
[Objective]To evaluate the clinical effects of the small-dose remifentanil during extubation in anesthesia.[Methods]180 patients were randomly assigned to remifentanil group and control group with propofol + remifentanil target-controlled anesthesia. The experimental group continued to pump after extubation with remifentanil 0.1 μg/kg/min;the control group stopped medication after surgery.[Results]In the control group, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate at the time of extubation and 1 min,3 min,5 min after extubation were significantly different comparing with those before extubation(P﹤0.05),while the indicators in experiment group were not significantly different(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]Low dose remifentanil in reducing and preventing endotracheal intubation in patients with stress response during extubation have a certain effect.
