Abstract
The traffic of internet is growing exponentially with the increase in the host number of internet and the increase of the host traffic resulting from broadband services. As the most promising solution for the increasing demand from subscribers, IP over DWDM is attracting wide attention in the telecom industry. The technology of IP over DWDM, including its principle, key components, routing selection and development, is discussed.
