The Research on the System of the Economic and Industry Positioning Theory for the County Economy in Guizhou Minority Regions——In the Case of the Industry Positioning Practice in Pingtang County,the Miao and Buyi Minority Autonomous Regions in the South

County economy is a unique regional economic pattern that lies between the urban and the rural areas.It plays a crucial role in the overall planning for the urban and rural development.Based on the element characteristics of County economy which are shaped by the type of the Karst poverty and the environmental resources in mountain areas for the nationality areas in Guizhou,it is the fact that there formed a framework that combined with the universality and particularity of Guizhou's industry positioning theory.This paper attempts to launch a research on the industry positioning theory for the County economy in the underdeveloped regions by applying the Industry Economics and the Development and Economics Theory and considering the unique economic characters for the counties in Guizhou.
