Abstract

According to the design parameters of hydraulic support,three-dimensional model and virtual assembly was built based on Pro/E,then the motion simulation was analyzed by Mechanism, finally, the model was introduced into ANSYS Workbench to make finite element analysis. This design method will highly raise the design efficiency, greatly shorten the design period, and at the same time, increase the reliability of the hydraulic support.
