Abstract
To discuss the curative effect the exercise therapy in chronic fatigue syndrome,the article analyzes research development of exercise therapy in chronic fatigue syndrome from the concept,epidemic features and diagnostic criteria of chronic fatigue syndrome.The results show that there is a lack of effective methods and clinical experiments in curing chronic fatigue syndrome by using exercise therapy,and there is a dispute whether chronic fatigue syndrome can be cured,and it needs many experimental evident to prove that.But there is a agreement that exercise therapy can relieve the CFS patients' symptoms and improve immunity.It summarizes that there are the ideal effects by using an amount of regular sports to cure chronic fatigue syndrome.So it is worthy of spreading and applying.
