Abstract
Objective:To study the inhibitory action of Acanthopanax injection on human cervical cancer cells for Hela growth. Methods:MTT assay was used to determine the human cervical cancer cells for Hela growth and inhibitory rates with various concentrations of Acanthopanax injection, then the changes of cells' shape with upside-down microscope(was observed). Results:The higher concentration of Acanthopanax injection was,the stronger inhibitory function to Hela was.The inhibitory effect was observed stronger with the concentration increasing and time prolonging.Morphological observation showed cell apoptosis. Conclusion:Acanthopanax injection has stronger inhibitory function on the growth of tumor cells Hela.
