Abstract
In the paper,the view of using system engineering theory to make mechanical design based on the general theory of system engineering is presented.The basic thought of mechanical system design is introduced.The properties and construction of mechanical systems and the feature and steps of mechanical system design are studied too.Thereby,the philosophizing system of mechanical system design is established.
