Abstract

Information Literacy is the ability and accomplishment that the university students should have in the information age,and implementing the information literacy education for university students is an important task faced by the higher education.This paper expounds the development and connotation of information literacy,analyzes the superiorities of university library in carrying out the information literacy education for university students,and probes into the paths for university library to carry out the information literacy education.
