Abstract

Mental health crisis intervention for college students is at the core of mental health education on campus.Through analyzing the modes of mental health crisis intervention in the eastern and western college campuses,we have found considerable weakness in the current mode of intervention.Given the different forms of the mental health crisis suffered by college students and the theoretical and practical difficulties in the crisis intervention,we propose that the intervention be based on compromise. The compromise-based intervention mainly consists of the following aspects:to establish a feedback system of the information about mental health crisis;to build a prevention system for mental health crisis;to improve the socio-psychological environment for college students;to educate and guide the college students in making psychological self-regulations;to strengthen and optimize personnel and organization construction for mental health crisis intervention;to enhance the cooperation and internet access for the intervention projects.
