Abstract

Aim: To compare the histodynamic process of normal adult goat and human heart, and study the tissue evolving rule of heart. Methods:The paraffin sections of hearts and conduction system from 12 goats and 6 human autopsies, stained with HE, were observed under light microscope. Results: In both adult human and goat heart, the tissue evolving systems including endocardium-cardiomyocyte, interatrioventriculular-cardiomyocyte, and intramyocardium cardiomyocyte evolving system were found. However, the predominant evolving way, in goat endocardium-cardiomyocyte evolving system, was endocardial cell-cardiomyocyte forming unit-cardiomyocyte evolving system; in human endocardium-cardiomyocyte evolving system, was endocardial cell-non-cardiomyocyte forming unit-cardiomyocyte evolving system. The important cellular reconstitution evolving pattern occurred in intramyocardium cardiomyocyte evolving system. Conclusion: The collective evolving patterns in botn adult gost and human are similar. However, each of them possesses various predominant evolving way.
