Abstract
Progress in toughening epoxy resin and epoxy adhesive in recent years was reviewed. This paper introduced methods and mechanism for toughening epoxy resin systematically, then summarized methods for toughening epoxy adhesives. Development tendency in toughening epoxy adhesives was directed finally.
