Abstract
To correctly assess the provincial regional logistics development level of China, factors influencing the development of regional logistics system are analyzed, and the comprehensive evaluation index system of regional logistics development levels is constructed, then the hierarchy cluster of SAS is applied to logistics development levels similarity of China’s mainland provincial regions. The results show that the proposed model is scientific and reasonable and the regional logistics development levels are in accordance with its levels of economic and social development. At last, suggestions are provided for regional logistics planning.
