Discussion on Constitution Interpretation Procedure in Our Country

Abstract

It is necessary and important for the nomocracy construction to research and establish constitution interpretation procedure.There exist large numbers of issues from current constitution interpretation procedure in our country,so it is urgent to enact the law of constitution interpretation procedure,to enlarge motion body for constitution interpretation procedure,to build constitutional expert participation institution,to settle the principle of vote and form of written express for bills of constitution interpretation procedure.
