Abstract

[Objective] To study the clinical effect of percutaneous radiofrequency nuleoplasty therapy for failed back surgery syndrome.[Methods] 89 patients suffered from FBSS were treated with radiofrequency.[Results] 89 cases were followed up 12 months.The general clinical effective rate was 61.8%,the average scores of VAS were decreased to 58.2% (P0.05).No serious complications were found.[Conclusion] Radiofrequency nuleoplasty can be used to treat some patients who suffered from FBSS.
