Abstract
Polysulfone blend membranes were fabricated by phase inversion process from casting solution of PSF,with pure water as non-solvent.Polyvinyl pyrrolidone and FeCl2 were added into casting solution in order to improve the hydrophilic behaviour of polysulfone membrane in membrane process.Complextion characterization was determined by IR and SEM,hydrophilic characterization was detected by contact angle machine. The morphology of the membrane was controlled by changing the concentration of PSF,kinds of PVP,concentration of FeCl2 and so on.It was found that the membrace morphologies were changed by changing PVP and FeCl2 concentration obviously. The parameters for membrane fabrication with good performances were summarized. The rejection to bovine serum album(BSA) in solution(1 g/L) is above 95%.
