Abstract
The Communist International and the Communist Party of the Soviet Union(Bolsheviks) paid great attention to Chinese peasant issue in the process of guiding China's revolutions,and implemented this idea in guiding the Great Revolution,which promoted the development of peasant movements in China.The Communist International and the Communist Party of the Soviet Union(Bolsheviks),however,entrusted the Kuomintang to solve peasant issues,which finally led to the failure of the peasant movement.The reason is that The Communist International and the Communist Party of the Soviet Union(Bolsheviks) overestimated the Kuomintang,disparaged the Communist Party.
