Abstract
The optimal formula of culture media and fermentation conditions for Bacillus subtilis ACCC-10619 were determined by methods of single factor tests and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: wheat bran 3.0%,glucose 3.0%,ammonium sulfate 0.5%,manganese sulfate 0.05%,initial pH 7.0,cultured at 33 ℃ for 36 h with static time 12 h.The output amounts of spore reached 8.5×1013cfu/L under volume of 100 L expanding fermentation. It could provide reference for production applications of Bacillus subtilis microbial ecological agents.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
