Abstract
Antioxidant activity of flavonoid compounds from orange peel extracted with different solvents were investigated by DPPH( 1.1 - diphenyl - 2 - picrylhyzazyl). The result showed that antioxidant activity of flavonoid compounds extracted by using 75% alcohol is the best. Other solvents that extract flavonoid compound and make them have higher antioxidant activity are 50% methanol,75 %methanol and 95% alcohol.
