Analysis on Land Price Development Monitoring of Huhhot

On the basis of expatiating land price index,the DingJi and HuanBi land price index are adopted to calculate land price of different use and degree in Huhhot from 2001 to 2005.The analysis about change of land price level from different angle is carried out,and the reasons about land price change are analyzed from general and district elements.Adopting the way of linear regression,the forecast for land price change tendency of the five years in future is carried out.The conclusion is that land price will not appear fast advancing tendency,which is slightly lower than the level in 2005.The accomplishment will provide basis for strengthening management of land price and adjusting land market.
