Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stellate ganglion block(SGB)for the the cervicogenic headache.Methods On 56 patients with cercvicogenic headache,SGB was performed and their therapeutic outcomes were observed and analyzed.Results Excellent results were obtained in 40 cases.The improvement was significant after the treatment(P0.01).Conclusion There was a close relationship between the sympathetic nerve stimulation and the cervicogenic headache. SGB is an effective treatment for cervicogenic headache.
