Abstract
Objective Studying the clinical diagnostic value of liquid-based thin-layer cytology(TCT) combined colposcopic examination for cervical lesions. Methods In May 2006~August 2007 choose the 1407 patients coming the hospital who was done cytology examination(TCT) and colposcopy examination and biopsy. Results Among 281 cases of colposcopy prompt biopsy 39.50%of them suffered from CINⅠ.So did 42.63%of 699 cases of TCT examinations.427 cases of TCT combined Colposcopy were prompted they need to do biopsy.86.42%of them suffered from CINⅠor above lesions. Conclusion TCT combination of colposcopy and endoscopic biopsy can increase the rate of accurate diagnosis of cervical lesions.
