Abstract

The initial corrosion behavior of aluminum alloy was in-situ analyzed by SEM,XRD and Kelvin probe. The rule of soluble salt and SO2 pollution to aluminum alloy initial corrosion was obtained. The corrosion mechanism was also discussed. The results show that at the temperature of 20 ℃,under 85% humidity condition, atmospheric corrosion can be induced by SO2.The corrosion is mainly expressed in the form of intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion. The deposition of NaCl and SO2 synergy can greatly accelerate the corrosion of aluminum alloy.
