Clinical study on 40 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with shexiangxintongning tablet

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of shexiangxintongning tablet (ST) in treating coronary heart disease (CHD) angina pectoris (blood stasis with gas stagnation).Methods 40 cases of angina pectoris (blood stasis with gas stagnation) were randomly divided into test group (ST group 20 cases)and control group,Xinkeshu tablet group (XT group 20 cases),the changes of symptoms,TCM syndrome improving,electrocardiogram improving were observed in the CHD angina pectoris patients before and after the treatment.Results There was a significant difference in electrocardiogram improving,cases of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome improving (except for palpitation)between ST group and XT group(P0 05).Conclusion Shexiangxintongning tablet may improve angina pectoris symptoms markedly and apply to the angina pectoris patients.
