Abstract

Chinese ancient academy is the unique form of educational organization and culture carrier.Academy disseminated academic thinking,enriched and developed the ancient educational thinking in its long and tortuous history of development process,which formed the unique qualities of human care.Based on the academy's spiritual and cultural studies, the article tries to provide some beneficial advice for the universities' current reform.
