Abstract

The main agronomic traits of 40 aromatic rice germplasm resources were comprehensively evaluated by clustering analysis.The results showed that there was obvious genetic difference between indica and japonica rice.40 aromatic rice germplasm resources and 26 tested restorer lines could be clustered into two different groups and 40 aromatic rice germplasm resources and tested maintaining lines could be clustered into three different groups,which indicates that there was obvious genetic difference between the aromatic rice germplasm resources and tested restorer lines or maintaining lines and the genetic distance between aromatic rice germplasm resource and tested maintaining lines is higher than that between aromatic rice germplasm resource and tested restorer lines.
