Abstract
The preparation of manganese sulfate by direct reduction from medium and low grade pyrolusites is studied. It is combined the carbon reduction-sulfuric acid extraction process, which is used in the traditional method. The heavy metal salts and the soluble silicates in the process can be transfered into insoluble oxides and removed,so,the utilization ratio of manganese can be improved, the leaching ratio of manganese sulfate can reach about 90% and the purity of the product is over 98.5%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
