Abstract
Objective To investigate practically and reliability of percutaneous needle biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary shadow.Metholds Eighty patients with peripheral pulmonary shadow were studies. All patients had CT examinations and B ultrasonic wave before percutaneous needles biopsy to decide the location of the lesion and the depth and direction of the neddle. The specimens were sent for histopathological examination. Results Among the 80 cases,72 were confirmed in diagnosis. The rate of positive was 90%,false rate of negative was 10%, Hemoptysis occurred in 3 cases(3.8%)and pneumothorax in 5 cases(6.3%).Conclusion CT guided percutaneous needle biopsy is a safe and precise method in diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary shadow.
