Strengthening aggressive defense ability cultivation in basketball competition of institutions of higher education

Abstract

Along with the continuous development of basketball exercise and the flexible application of various skills and tactics on basketball competition,basketball match will be more and more grueling.Modern basketball exercise no longer takes aggression as leading factor,has both aggression and defense,therefore advancing level of defense skill and tactic constantly during training has been attached more and more importance.By stating the concept,condition and application of aggressive defense as well as skill,tactic ability cultivation,offers theoretical foundation to advance gradually defense skill and tactic level of institutions' basketball team of higher education.
