Abstract
Objective:hospitalized elderly patients with hypertension,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure, pulse pressure changes,to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Methods:Use of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, blood pressure, pulse pressure, and diurnal variation of volatility, according to record data on daytime and nighttime blood pressure were analyzed. Results: 24hABPM: nBP,nSBP,nDBP mean and mean 24h blood pressure higher than the day on average, were significantly abnormal nocturnal blood pressure, blood pressure,non-dipper type, accounting for 92.0%,dipping only 8.0%;PP mean 60mmHg,which women 65mmHg,female BP,PP average than men(female to male comparison P 0.01) difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: Mainly elderly people with higher SBP,PP value increases, the high incidence of non-dipper blood pressure in women than men.Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring can be accurate diagnosis of hypertension and diurnal blood pressure variation in blood pressure classification and clinical treatment of important guiding significance.
