Abstract
Objective To analyze the difference of the detect rate by through transvaginal ultrasound and through transbelly ultrasound in gynecological general invetiugation. Methods To analyze the results of 4230 cases by through transvaginal ultrasound and 4050 cases by through transbelly ultrasound. Results In gynecological general investigation,the detect rate of transvaginal ultrasound were obvious excellent than the transbelly ultrasound.Especially to the diagnosis of the uterine tumor and cervical cyst,the transvaginal ultrasound contrasted with the transbelly ultrasound had particularly difference.Conclusion The merit of transvaginal ultrasound is obvious better than transbelly ultrasound in gynecological general investigation,and worth to popularized.
