On Context and the Meaning of Utterance

Abstract
Based on linguistic theories,the meaning of utterance isn't simply connected with grammar,syntax and static semantic meaning by line,but is related with all the elements and pragmatic elements in network.Therefore,at the angle of pragmatics and basing on speech act theory and relevance theory,the writer of the essay will endeavor to analyze 、expound 、elaborate and demonstrate the meaning of utterance by perceiving context analyzing feature of context and constructing context in order to understand language reasonably and use it properly.
