Improving Counselors' Work Path From Student's Perspective in Higher Vocational Colleges

Based on students ' perspective,this paper shows that students have recognized the importance of the relationship between teachers and students,but differentiation in the degree of communication has become more prominent. Face the diversified demands of students' development,the labor division of the counselors needs to be improved. The professional background of the counselors is gradually weakened,but the requirements for the counselors' quality structure are clear. Therefore,to improve the quality and effectiveness of college counselors' work,it is important to establish an exchange mechanism between teachers and students,build a scientific and effective system for the labor division and strengthen the cultivation of counselors' quality structure.
