An inspectation on how the Chinese Communist Party recognize private capitalism

This paper,from the historical point of view,has made an inspectation on the Chonese Communist leaders of three generations and some other economic theoretical workers,and provided us a scientific understanding on the position and role of how the private capitalism takes in economy of new China,according to the Chinese specific condition——small production in a large country.It also has drawn an outline of how fundamental economic system theory in elememtary socialism sublimated from the priniciptes in new democracy.It nas said that our Communist Party has paid more attention on existence and development of private capitalist economy in the period of traditioral angricultural country transferred to industrialization.The Chinese Communist Party has not only highty developed maxian ecomics,but also suggested that the development of private capitalism is quite different from the capitalist road in china.The chinese specific conditions clecided no capitalist restoration.
