Bisoprolol Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure in 42 Cases

Abstract

Objective To observe the effects of bisoprolol in treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF) effect.Methods 42 cases of CHF patients in heart failure foundation treatment combined with bisoprolol,initial dose of 2.5 mg,Qd po.According to patient age,weight,heart rate,blood pressure increased to the target dose of 5.0~10 mg per day ranging.A course of three months.Results After treatment,significant efficiency was 62%,the total effective rate was 90%.Through the heart of color Doppler dectection,cardiac function(CO,CI,and EF) improved and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd) narrow,compared with before treatment were significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol is an effective drug for the treatment of CHF.
