Abstract

microRNA(miRNA) is a small non-coding RNA,which plays a significant role in cell prolifera-tion,differentiation,apoptosis and other physiological processes.Studies about miRNA in Leukemia grow fast and demonstrate a miRNA-mediated network that regulating proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of leukemia.Further study of miRNA in leukemia will provide a novel therapeutic target for leukemia.
