Abstract

The mutual relationship between urban transport and land-use has been an important subject in integrating land-use and urban transport planning. In the paper, the mutual relationship between urban transport and land-use is analyzed from such point of view as rotation style and pattern. Then the strategy of integrative optimization between urban transport and land use is expounded from coordination of urban transport planning and land use planning, mixed land-use, transit-oriented development(TOD) land-use pattern and high-tech use.
