Analysis of the Effect of Operation for Acute Cervical Spinal Cord Injury without Fracture and Dislocation of the Cervical Vertebra

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acute central cervical cord injury were operation without fracture and dislocation of cervical vertebra.Methods Patients treated in our hospital from admission without fracture and dislocation of the acute cervical spinal cord injury in 60 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group treated by operation,patients in control group received non operation treatment.Compared two groups of patients.Results The two groups of patients on admission ASIA score had no significant difference(P0.05);the patients were followed up for 1 years in the observation group ASIA movement,sensation and total score were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The implementation of operation in treatment of acute cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation of the cervical spine in young patients,compared with conservative treatment,can significantly improve ASIA score of patients,clinical therapeutic effect is more ideal.
