Abstract
Through using the method of immuno-histochemistry,this paper observed the effect of swimming and age increasing on osteoprotegerin of rat.The result showed that the expression of osteoprotegerin tended to increase from adolescence to adult.However,from the later phase of adult to early elder,there was tendency to decrease.Exercise can increase the expression of osteoprotegerin,especially for alternative day's exercise.
