On the Norms for Constructing Political Morality during the Transformation of Our Society

Based on the analysis of the status quo of the citizens' political consciousness,the author points out the necessity of constructing the political morality in our country.And as a conclusion,he argues that the normsto respect the human rights completely,to balance the interest requirements actively and to selfgovern rationallyshould be adhered to in the construction of the political morality.
