Abstract

QSAR (quantitative structure-activity relationship) is reviewed in terms of methodology to set up the relationship between organic chemicals activity, which is referred to as toxicity in environmental chemistry, and structures. Seven commonly used methods are enumerated and trend of development are analyzed.
