Abstract

Extremophiles include Thermophiles、Psychrophiles、Acidophiles、Alkaliphiles and Halophiles. They possess special structures and physiological functions to adapt the living space.Therefor, it is important to study adaptive mechanisms. Extremophiles can produce extre-condition enzymes and new biologicalactivated products. Many enzymes have been produced in industrial and applied in practice.
