Abstract

Objective To explore correlation factor and influencing prognosis on cerebral vasospasm in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Transcranial Doppler (TCD) detecting cerebral hemodynamic state in 28 patients with aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage, and compare with Fisher grades, occurrence time and prognosis. Results Cerebral vasospasm were conspicuously influenced by subarachnoid hemorrhage and occurrence time (P 0.05), and influenced prognosis of patients (P 0.05). Conclusion There were impotant significance to TCD detecting cerebral blood flow for evaluating degree of cerebral vasospasm and assessing prognosis in patients with aneury smal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
