Abstract
In order to improve the hydraulic mechanical automatic transmission of shift quality,it analyzed the process of dynamic shift,and then established the simplified model of the shift process and the vehicle dynamics model by ITI SimulationX. A new clutch pressure force control law is developed. Based on the simulation model,it analyzed the vehicle load quality,the variation gradient of clutch pressure force,and engine throttle opening changes to the influence of the jerk and the work of slipping on the shifting process. Through the simulation analysis,it got some results which are beneficial to improve the shift quality.
