Abstract
By means of establishing mathematic model for the influence of synthetic accuracy of track of planar four-bar linkage affected by manufacturing error of bar length, the sensitive coefficient of manufacturing error of bar-length was determined and the law of influence on synthetic accuracy of track affected by manufacturing error of bar length was analyzed. Living example of design shows that reasonable designed manufacturing tolerance of bar-length of four-bar linkage could make the mechanism not only satisfy the requirement of accuracy but also lower the manufacturing cost.
